it is the same way in airsoft about 80% of being a sniper is being able to hide and conseal yourself and report recon to your team, i have had many a game when enemy players have come with in feet of me i was even stepped on a few times lol

I think if Draven and I get off our lazy butts we might have a sniper clinic later on this year for you to attend. Number one piece of advice (and this goes for non-snipers as well) is get out there and play. CQB, outdoors; whatever the environment, the more experience you have with your weapons and your gear the better player you'll be.
This is also a plug for those who have used tuned-down sniper rifles at XT. It's been done by more than one person so if you want to try it don't think you're crazy...even though you will be :D

Gotta test my new toy out somewhere... It'll see at least a bit of the next game I play.
