Considering less than a dozen people (that I know of) have night vision, and the size of a name tape is pretty small, and that no-one can see it if you are lying prone waiting for ambush... I doubt anyone should change their order.

we got our old SWORD tapes from 1800 than they turn bright white
issue tapes have a camoflauge background with is IR absorbant and the letters will turn white (US ARMY) or black (NAME).
Don't worry rommel, your nametape is the least of your problems, that nice, fake, untreated vest of yours will stand out as far as the infrared beam goes ;)

the only nightvision you dont have to worry about is a PN-58, that thing cant pick up digital camo from 30 feet away lol

I kinda knew that the vest would do that.

So, I will either have the vest treated or buy a new vest that is treated.
