Ksc Glock 19 magazine Repair ?
Heeeeey everyone. As you can see, I'm totally new to the forums but anyways....
. . . I acquired a Ksc Glock 19 + 2 mags. Buuuut, it seems like 1 of the mag's leaking gas. I was wondering if there is any way possible of getting it fixed somehow? |
I'm sure you can take it in to XT and have them take a look at it.
|
Most mag leak problems can be fixed with liberal application of lube. Lots and lots of lube. If you can describe where the gas is leaking from we might be able to make a better suggestion.
|
MmmMm.. it's leaking where you refill it... or in that general area. thats where i hear the propane escape, at least.
|
If you want to pin-point where the leak is, fill the mag then place the mag in some water. (Kitchen sink will do) The gas will form bubbles which will tell you exactly where the leak is.
|
Just remember to relube your magazine after doing that. Just to prevent corrosion and seals breaking down.
|
mmmmm thanks, I might just drop by xt sometime..
I don't really mind it but, the magazine that doesn't have a leak. When I bring the button down to load a clip.. it won't stay put. The button is pressed in completely. =( & BTW, MrWongJr. Cannon Fodder ?....You play sof2 demo ? |
Nope. I'm currently stuck in a rut of BF2-CoD2MP-GTA:SA...
Get somone to take a look at your magazine catch, it might just be that it's possibly deformed or worn down in which case you'd need a replacement. BTW. Mags, not clips. You 'aint firin' a Garand here. |
