The league season is about to begin with the first games starting on January 5th, 2011. The game schedule is as follows:

Every Wednesday:

Game 1 - 7:00PM
Game 2 - 8:00PM

Every Sunday:

Game 1 - 2:00PM
Game 2 - 4:00PM
Game 3 - 5:00PM

Games will continue every week till mid to end of March. This schedule will allow for every team to play each week. We ask that all teams arrive at XT 30 minutes before their games to allow for gearing up and to give staff ample time to fill magazines.

Once teams arrive at XT we ask that before gearing up, each player place their mags on the counter for filling. There will be designated spots on the counter for each team to place their mags.

We would like to keep games on schedule as much as possible but there are always delays, so we are allowing a 10 minute grace period after game time has started for teams to enter the game. Be it teams are running late or not all members of the team are fully geared up or have shown up, after the 10 minute grace period, if the minimum of 3 players are not ready to play, that team will be disqualified and will forfeit the game. We understand that things can get backed up at XT so will we take into account any delays due to previous games or complications.

We would like to organize the schedule to suit every team, so please post on this thread which days and time slots your team will be most available. Please understand that it is going to be very difficult to accommodate every team's preference but we will try our best to do so.
