We are an indoor team that is preparing to launch into the outdoors. We have about 8 guys already that have played for a season together at XT plus one new female recruit for the up and comming season. We have a good esprit de corps going and we respect each others our opinions.

The chain of command is based upon a democractic concensus within the team. No one is assigned rank by seniority it is purely commitment and compitance. All major decision will be discussed among the group and minor decision will be delegated by concencus if necessary.

The Camo kit we are going for at this moment will be Multicam. We have no specific theme and all makes and models of Aegs are welcome.

Our hallmark is creative strategy and intelligence, essentially if you like reading Sun Tzu this is the team for you. Victory should be assured before the battle has begun all one must do is walk in and claim it.

The required gear set will be a MultiCam Uniform and a long range Radio (But this could still change do not go out and buy it). All else is at the members discretion. We welcome part-time players but they must attend the training and planning session.
