There was talk before about making an Unreal Tournament map like XT, but it never happened. Not that it would be a really great map.

it would be sweet to see the place have a second level to it... just adding stairs adds so much to the game play ^_^

It would be great if XT had the space for something like that... As it is, that would totally ruin the ref system they have...
Lol, if there were stairs, people would hurt themselves on them so often. :P
