The entrance to the swap meet is in the rear compound. Same as last year (NOT the front door of our building). Please park your vehicles on the side street of St. Matthews.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any airsoft guns during this event. ID must be shown to the vendor at time of purchase.

If you have the intention of purchasing an airsoft gun, please remember to bring along an empty gun case and or a form of transportation for the weapon you have purchased. Due to the nature of a Swap Meet. Items purchased may or may not come with a case or box after sale. You will NOT be permitted to leave our compound with an exposed airsoft gun in your hand.


Retailers/Team Displays:

If you are interested in have a table for retail items or to feature your team for display/recruitment please email us at info@xtreme-tactics.com to book/reserve a spot.

Please provide us with the following information:
-How many table spaces will you require (each space will be approximately 8-10 feet wide)
-What items you will be bringing to retail/show (Please note this is an airsoft event. Bring things that are related!!! I have been contacted last year regarding non-airsoft related matters).
-Confirmation that all airsoft guns will be brought into the event with proper casing/storage containers (NOT exposed while transporting).

Please note the following:

-You must be approved before setting up your table.
-You are in charge of bringing all your own supplies for your station.

Recommended items:

-Table
-Chairs
-Canopy
-If you are promoting a team/group or simply having stuff on display. Please have your items marked properly that they are NOT FOR SALE/DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY.
-There is no fee required for tables/spots.
-Unless you have a portable debit/cc machine, this is a cash only event. Please bring enough change (common coins and small bills) for the entire event.
-Please make a commitment to arrive early to setup and stay until the entire event is over.


Shooting Competition:

Like last year we will be hosting a shooting competition during the event.
A series of targets will be set up throughout the gaming arena. The shooter will be timed as he/she goes through the course to eliminate each target. The shooter must stand in the specified area and eliminate each target before proceeding to the next. The shooter with the fastest time wins.

First Place: Gas Blow Back Beretta PX4 ($260 Value)
Second Place: Five Gaming Gift Certificates at Xtreme Tactics ($150 Value)
Third Place: Two Gaming Gift Certificates at Xtreme Tactics ($60 Value)


Age Restrictions: None (Minors will be allowed to participate at this event. Those under 18 must obtain approval by a parent or legal guardian). If you are old enough to hold the gun and shoot, you are old enough to enter. Parents are allowed to join so they can supervise/run with the child during the event.

Safety Requirements: Ballistic eye protection must be worn at all times during this course. Loaner safety glasses will be available for those renting or using there own equipment. Minors MUST wear a full face mask during this event (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Fees: $3.00 per ticket or $5.00 for two
Rentals: Included with the ticket fee
Personal weapons and ammo may be used. No FPS limit will be set as only targets will be shot at. Please make sure your gun is fully functional prior to starting as this may affect your results (Magazines loaded, battery charged and inserted, weapon/magazine properly charged with gas, etc).
